The Excite Technology Business park
 The EXCITE Technology Business Park is a 14-acre property zoned specifically for technology-based businesses. It features a 24,000 square foot, state-of-the-art high technology building with scaleable space available for you. Programs and incentives exists for those interested in constructing a building in our technology park through the Town of Grand Falls-Windsor.

Business Accelerator Facility
 Through our partnership with the College of the North Atlantic and Human Resources Development Canada, the EXCITE Corporation is pleased to present our Business Accelerator Facility located on the campus of the College. This furnished 2000 square foot facility is available at no charge for 6 months and is the ideal place to begin your business ramp up.  All you have to do is bring your hardware and go to work. This gives you the flexibility of getting your workforce up to speed without worrying about any logistical issues.  And the EXCITE team is there to assist you every step of the way.

Telecommunications Infrastructure
 Aliant is the EXCITE telecommunications partner. Aliant is the source for total communication solutions in Newfoundland and Labrador and operates one of the most sophisticated and technologically advanced communications networks in the world. It supports the complete spectrum of voice and information handling services including local and long distance, dial up and dedicated high speed Internet, cellular and data communications.

Skilled Workforce
 Newfoundland and Labrador offers a large pool of skilled workers in many technology disciplines. The college and university systems in the province graduate more than 1,200 people per year in technology and business programs alone.
